Experiences
Through this module we get to learn the process of building a brand and creating the right look &. feel for the brand. I was very excited for this module and I really enjoyed it. This module is quite heavy, I think it has the heaviest workload but I'm glad that we pulled this through even with online classes. Creating and coming up with a brand was not easy, the amount of thinking and rationalising the design, so much process behind every little things. I'm glad we all successfully pulled it through even though everything was done through online classes. Online classes wouldn't be successful without Ms Low's close guidance and feedbacks.
Observations
It is interesting to see my classmates develop their brand from scratch, everyone's idea was fresh and I also get to learn something from them. Everyone had a different concept to their brand. I observed that this module really stretched everyone's ability in coming up wit fresh new ideas. We often pulled an all nighter for this module to meet the requirements every week.
Findings
I tried a different approach on my design style this semester, and this module has helped me a lot in that. I had to think out of the box ignorer for everything to match, the design and the brand. The consistency of the designs for the brand was difficult too. I've learned a lot from this module and I'm thankful that it's over so we all can have a good rest.
